STRANGE LAND has had a remarkable life ever since its premiere on Oct. 25, 2006 at the Hawaii International Film Festival. It's been shown in many community venues and several private screenings. Everywhere and every time it's shown, the reaction is the same -- people love this film. They find my mom and her storytelling engaging and enchanting.
STRANGE LAND premiered on PBS Hawaii in the fall of 2009. I received many phone calls from strangers who loved the film.
